猪皮

I don't eat pork rind, not even those crispy deep fried ones as snack but surprisingly I do eat them in curry sauce as below:
Pork rind with curry noodle (MYR5)

Pork rind with chee cheong fun in curry sauce (MYR2.4)

      So when you order curry noodle, you specifically asked for the pork rind to be removed?

      Never tried before - these dried deep fried ones that are usually served with curry noodle? What about pork rind on pork trotters in pork trotters vinegar dish?
