This pack of biscuits contains 6 mini size biscuits which are very cute and easy to eat. I put them in the freezer and pop one in my mouth everyday. They are only as big as the scoop of a table spoon.

Captain Munch Chocolate biscuits. A box of 12 packs costs MYR 15.50 nett so it means one mini biscuit costs 22 cents.

I believe this pack of biscuits is what caused me to buy loads of biscuits. A few months ago, I bought this pack of biscuits for about MYR 12 ish.

There are 6 types of biscuits inside. I put them all in my fridge and I eat one pack a day whenever I feel like it. One day, when I reach inside the fridge for one, there was none.

My favourite biscuit from these 8 types is the Chocolate sandwich with chocolate flavoured cream. The chocolate flavoured cream sandwich is a bigger version of the Captain Munch mini biscuits shown in the top most photo.

The crackers are quite oily. Taste ok due to the peanut butter fillings but the long packaging is quite difficult to manage and the biscuits will break when pulling them out from the long package.

FNQ Avocado Fried Rice

8 April 2020 Wednesday (d22). I am enjoying working from home and does not mind doing it for much, much longer so that everyone is safe.

8 am. Not-my-breakfast of roast pork, little gem lettuce and bread. The honey mustard on top of the roast pork is from myBurgerLab popcorn chicken.

10.30 am. My breakfast - half a FNQ Avocado with sprouted grain bread. Creamy! So yummy! FNQ is the acronym for Far North Queensland. 3 Hass Avocado for MYR 23.90 nett. This is the expected price for good quality avocados because it is fully ripe with unblemished flesh. I believe Supreme Fresh has specially selected ripe avocados to be delivered to their customers.

We scrapped every bit off the skin.

12 noon. For lunch, it is fried rice because we have rice, petai, char siew, luncheon meat, little gem lettuce, sweetish dark soy sauce in the fridge. Petai and sauce are from the Petai Char Kway Teow ordered from Mama Cooking on Sunday 5 April 2020 (d19).

Close up. We did not use any cooking oil because the fats from the char siew is enough to make the rice oily.

1 pm. This is my portion. I ate all the fats from the char siew because all the oil has already gone into the rice so the fats are no longer fatty.

1.30 pm. This is the McD large fries from 2 April 2020 Thursday (d14) from my fridge. Need to clear it. Still have two McD large fries there after eating this pack.

Fruits Delivery

I eat an Navel orange everyday which I buy from Aeon supermarket at MYR 18.50 nett for a pack of 10 medium Navel oranges. Since I don't drive I could not go to Aeon supermarket so I have been rationing by eating only a quarter orange a day instead of one whole orange. Then I decided to search online for fruits delivery and found https://www.mysupremefresh.com/ which delivers fresh fruits to doorstep everyday within the Klang Valley with free delivery for orders above MYR 150 nett.

So I am happy to say I made my order online on Friday 3 April 2020 (d17) and received my fruits on Saturday 4 April 2020 (d18) which is the next day. Fast and efficient. The fruits are fresh and specially selected with no fruits with rotting parts. 10 oranges for MYR 21.90 nett is value for money because the oranges are larger than the ones I bought from Aeon supermarket and they are juicier and sweeter with more tender sacs. The bananas (6) costs MYR 7.50 nett.

XL Red Dragon fruits (4 for MYR 16.90 nett) and avocados are my favourites too.

These avocados may look green but they are ripe and ready to be eaten. Creamy! 3 for MYR 23.90 nett.

8 Large Granny Smith Apples at MYR 12.90 nett.

1 kg of crunchy seedless sweet green grapes at MYR 52 nett. The photo above is only one third portion of the 1 kg grapes.

So I order above MYR 150 nett for free delivery.

As before, contactless delivery so the fruits are placed on my car. I will definitely buy from them again when I have finished eating this batch of fruits.

*** Tuesday 7 April 2020 (d21) ***

Not-my-breakfast of sunny side up egg, charsiew, bok choy on dry instant noodles at 8 am.

My brunch and tea of cold beef, peanut butter and jam burger from my fridge. Ate half for brunch at 10 am and half for tea at 3 pm. For dinner, I ate 4 slices of Massimo wheat germ bread at 6 pm and half a red dragon fruit at 7 pm. It is easier to eat cold burger because the juice and sauce does not flow out at all so it is not messy. Previously when I eat the burger immediately when it was hot, the juice and sauce dripped all over my fingers.

For the Burger Bundle set (MYR 75 nett) from myBurgerLab that I bought on Sunday 5 April 2020 (d19), I chose the following 3 burgers: Beef, Peanut Butter, Jam burger, Beef and mushrooms burger, Beef, pineapple, mushrooms burger. The set also includes popcorn chicken which is very tasty.

Eating this burger is like eating dessert because it is sweet due to the peanut butter and jam. I have eaten this burger twice.

The red sauce makes it saltier than the other burgers but I like the pineapple in it.

This is a winner that I will definitely order again. I chose Honey Mustard dip.

This was way before MCO, I walked around Happy Mansion, Section 17, looking for food for lunch and saw this lunch menu with prices from MYR 9.90 upwards. The dishes sound tasty but I did not feel like having rice so I ended up eating chee cheong fun at Chit Chat Corner, a few shops away from this shop. I like Red Ruby dessert but not at MYR 10 for my normal lunch, maybe for a special occasion.

Hofu Ebi Cheek Salted Egg

Saturday 4 April 2020, Not-My-Breakfast of Coffee and open faced sandwich of roast pork on little gem lettuce.

My breakfast of the 2nd pack of yogood muesli with added pecans, walnuts and almonds in plain drinking water.

Chocolate coated biscuit - quite messy to eat. Taste like Apollo chocolate wafer.

I have not used online delivery apps before last weekend which was the time that I started using them. For lunch on Saturday 4 April 2020, I ordered 2 set meals from Fu Hao restaurant in Kuchai Lama at 12.40 noon and received the food at 1.30 pm which is super fast as the food need time to be cooked.

Ordered two set meals  which includes a drink each. Deep fried wat tan yingyong beef noodles at MYR 16.90 nett and sweet and sour pork rice at MYR 12.90 nett.

Contactless delivery so I put a blue box for them to put the food in. The plastic bag was tied tightly so it doesn't look tampered.

They gave too much gravy for the yingyong noodle.  We shared the ying yong (meehoon, horfun) for lunch and ate the sweet and sour pork rice as dinner. The two drinks are lohongo and chrysanthemum.

*** Sunday 5 April u 2020 ***

More food deliveries. This time I used Grab app to order the food. Similar to Food Panda, the food is packed by the restaurant and the bag is tied tightly.

The riders placed my orders neatly in the blue box. No more foc masks and sanitizer when order myBurgerLab.

From myBurgerlab, OUG. Ordered at 1137 and received the food at 1222. fast. The burgers are in my fridge as I ate other food as lunch and dinner.

Ordered food from Mama Cooking, Kuchai Lama at 11.48 am and received the food at 12.15 pm. How could it be so fast? Doesn't Char Kway Teow need time to be cooked? Great service by Grab riders.

We ate some pop corn chicken from myBurgerlab as snacks and kept the balance in the fridge. very tasty. Although it is chicken breast meat, it is tender.

For lunch, we share the petai char kway teow. Too many petai so we kept half of the petai in the fridge. For dinner, we shared the above nasi lemak ikan kembong. will definitely order food from Mama Cooking again.

What is Ebi Cheek?

Ebi Cheeks are the lower parts of the Shrimp Head which as super crispy and full of calcium.

I think they just mean that it is the shell at the lower parts of the head.

I did not take photos of them because it just looks like crisps. Taste fine, with salted egg yolk taste and crispy. Expensive snack at MYR 16.90 nett for 60g of crisps. No wonder the cashier kept repeating the price to me and asked me you sure you want to buy this at MYR 16.90 nett? She must have thought I did not know the price and would later ask for a refund to return it after paying.

Bought these to use up a piece of MYR 50 voucher.

Ham Luncheon Meat

What else, Instant noodles with KFC chicken, little gem lettuce again for lunch on monday 30 March 2020 (d13). This time two slices of "chopped pork and ham" are added which I tried a bit of. Very salty but with the expected taste of luncheon meat. The taste is fine, just don't eat too much because it is very salty.

My lunch: no "Chopped Pork and Ham" because it is very salty. Just a small chunk of kfc chicken, little gem lettuce and instant noodles. I eat to live not live to eat, I guess because I can eat the same food for days.

*** Sunday 5 April 2020 d19 ***

Yeast mantao. Fermented yeast taste is strong but still nice so I finished eating both in a few days.

KFC again. Bargain Feast 12 pieces Hot and Spicy MYR 55.90 nett inclusive of one large Whipped Potatoes and one 1.5L pepsi black. Used code for MYR 10 off and bought own ala carte 2 pieces original chicken at MYR 10.60 nett. Delivery fees MYR 4 so total is MYR 60.50 nett but 55.90 was reimbursed. Delivery motorcycle nearly roll downhill. Luckily did not but was struggling so did not order after that.
