WG Kiku Zakura Midvalley

Salmon Teriyaki Bento Set Lunch at MYR 26+ (10% service charge = MYR 28.60 nett). This Set Lunch includes salad and miso soup. I believe that the salmon was deep fried before being coated in teriyaki sauce. There is a lot of rice so I kept half for dinner. Quite a decent lunch set though I prefer the salmon to be grilled.

From the menu above, what is the price of the tea? Don't look at the Japanese words.

Total bill for 2 pax is MYR 64.90 nett. My friend ordered a drink while I did not.

For the lunch set menu, there are many choices for the bento set as shown above.

This special lunch set menu starts from 11 am. You can even choose to have noodles set.

Kiku Zakura at Midvalley Mall.

PH would not like this - Since 2010, they only accept credit card payments for bills with the amount MYR 60 or more.

  1. I like what you had and to me everything tastes delicious with teriyaki sauce

  2. Coca Cola RM10? Is that for a 1.5 litre bottle? Actually, we can complain to the credit card company if they set their own rules like that - some will even impose a surcharge, even Air Asia. Dunno why no one has lodged a complaint.

    1. a glass of coca cola is MYR7. The MYR10 is for Coca Cola Float with ice cream floating on top of coca cola.

  3. If my family done here, sure can use credit card to pay. Hehehe.

The salmon teriyaki bento looked good. I usually order salmon when I dine in Japanese outlet but not with teriyaki.

  4. I don't mind eating Japanese food as long as they are cooked. I too prefer grilled salmon.

    1. green tea is only MYR2 but the tea is MYR7 and the menu design and arrangement is so misleading. we also thought green tea is MYR7 so we ordered tea which we thought is MYR2. Then it turned out to be reversed.

  8. Yes, I also prefer grilling to frying... when I see the excessive oil, I will take as minimal as possible.. LOL..

  9. I don't like places that puts a minimum amount before credit card is accepted. They shouldn't and it's actually not right to do so.
