From Pad Thai, now is char kway teow. Sometimes when I am very hungry during lunch I will order char kway teow. This ckt (MYR 6.50 nett) and coconut (MYR 5.50 nett) is ordered from Chow Yang Kopitiam, SS2 PJ. The ckt is a bit wet and I prefer it to be on the dry side but still decent enough.
This ckt (MYR 6.50 nett) and Cham Ping (MYR 2.40 nett) is ordered from Wah Cheong Kopitiam Section 17 PJ. The ckt is not as wet as the one from Chow Yang so I prefer this.
I don't like my ckt too wet too.

DeleteI like the 2nd one, it looks a lot nicer and that banana leaf does help to give it a bit of colour.
ReplyDeleteit is drier.
DeleteI prefer my CKT to be dry and served on banana leaf. I can eat CKT any time, any day.
ReplyDeleteI can eat ckt not more than 4 times a week.
DeleteAihh I'd just been thinking I haven't had CKT for a while.
ReplyDeletego go go!
DeleteLooks really good and even better washed down with coconut water! I must survey the coffee shops in my area to look for CKT.
ReplyDeleteplease do and write about them. hope you find your to-go-to ckt in pj.
