Do you eat to live or do you live to eat?
I like black bean chicken soup, very tasty and nutritiousSometimes I will buy the herbs from NTUC Supermarket, add in Chicken drumstick and make herbal soup for myself, yum
Good for you for cooking nutritious chicken soup at home.
My missus cooks that a lot but with pork bones, says those beans have health benefits. Can't say it is my favourite.
You don't like the taste of the beans?
I have not tried soup with black beans but I love soups with peanuts.
Black beans are supposed to be more nutritious than peanuts.
This is a reminder to me that I haven't cook this soup for a long time!
Cook it again soon!?
I love to drink this type of nutritious soups. I noticed only the Chinese culture has a very long list of soup menus. They would boil just anything under the sun for different needs.
There is a HK Utub channel teaching people how to boil different soups for different needs.
My mum makes these, but the beans are always too firm for me. Were the beans here soft?
It is not too soft but soft enough for me.
