Do you eat to live or do you live to eat?
At one time, it was the craze. Have not heard of it for a while now. Oats, not for gluten-intolerant people as well, and barley too, not just wheat.
celiac/coeliac disease ppl also cannot eat oats and barley.
I love overnight oats and it is one of my favorite breakfast!
good to know this.
I eat my oat very simple way. Your friend's overnight oats looks so yummy!
I eat them in a simple way too!
I took these for a short while (without fancy fruits) - palatable actually. But I had fried noodles and other less-healthy options for so long that when I checked on my oats again, they had tiny beetles in them already. Back to my less-healthy hehe.
I keep unused oats in the fridge so that they can be stored longer.
Yeah next time I should do that.
yup! good.
