One day I wanted to eat pastries at
Yeast but when I got there, I changed my mind and walked to Aeon, La Boheme bakery to buy the pastries there.
Kiwi and strawberry whipped cream custard pastry - MYR4.8 nett and a mini croissant - MYR1.5 nett.
Took the pastries to
Aeon, Food Court/Food Street/Food Market place and ate them there with my spouse who bought a glass of coffee from the food court for MYR2.90 nett.
The croissant looks hard and overdone but RM1.50 is cheap.
ReplyDeletelooks can be deceiving because it is not hard.
DeleteMini croissant is not mini at all, RM1.50 is a steal. I have tried to have a glass of coffee with a slice of pastry there, but I bought the pastries and bread back for my daughters to bring to school.
ReplyDeleteso you just drank the coffee with no pastry?
DeleteThe croissant looked overdone. Dark. But the kiwi and strawberry whipped cream custard looked delectable to me. Nice that your spouse enjoyed pastries with you. Not mine. Not so into pastries. Haha.
ReplyDeletetoo much whipped cream for me.
DeleteI love the pastries at La Boheme. We frequent there quite often.
ReplyDeletetheir pastries do look very enticing!
DeleteI will have the croissant. I love croissant and it will be great with coffee!
ReplyDeleteyou will love them!
DeleteLa Boheme is cheap as bakeries go. But sometimes not so nice.
ReplyDeleteThey sure look tasty. I have only tried very few only.
