Not long enough

Back in April this year (2016), I thought that it would be a very, very long time before we eat at House of Fishball, Sri Petaling again but I was wrong. On early morning, we had some errands to run nearby so we ate at this eatery again as it was the closest eatery around that was opened at that time.

I ordered a plate of stir fried chee cheong fun (MYR7 nett) and it was too oily for my liking. The bowl of hot barley bean curd sheets ginkgo (MYR3.50 nett) was not that sweet so it was fine for me. Guess we will only be back here if we have no other choices available to us.

  3. Fried CCF, I sure would love to try that - never seen it anywhere before. All the time, it would be CKT.

    1. Both ccf and kt are made from rice. Just that ccf is softer.

  4. I like fried noodle but not so much if it is fried with too much oil. I never try fried ccf. Dont think I could find it in Kuching.

I would love a bowl of your dessert now.

  9. Oh, CCF to CKT? Something very new to me.. yeah, I guess they put more oil so that the CCF won't break when being stir fried.. I also dont like too oily food..

  11. Exactly the same type of comment as my mom. When I mentioned that place (the one near our home) she would "Tsk! That oily place!"

    1. True, it is oily but they have soup noodles too so soup noodles should not be so oily gua.
