I saw this blueberry brioche and couldn't help myself so I bought one at about MYR3.50 nett. An online search reveals that brioche is a pastry of French origin.
Side view.
Cross section. It tastes like bread because brioche is similar to enriched bread so this is an expensive bread.
Looks good and yummy, love to have this as a dessert or for tea time
ReplyDeleteTaste not bad.
DeleteArtisan bread, very exclusive and very expensive - the real thing. I know somebody in Kuching who makes them, sells by the loaf using all imported ingredients...at least, two digits - the price. Now, Christmas is coming - she's making pannetone.
ReplyDeleteImported pannetone is so expensive so I am sure many people will buy from her.
DeleteI would love this Blueberry brioche.
