We paid toll and took the E9 Sungai Besi Expressway aka BESRAYA so it took about 26 minutes from 10 am to 10.26 am.
10.29 am - I ordered signature tangerine peel roast goose upper quarter MYR 68+

Can taste the tangerine peel in the gravy
The goose has crackling skin so is crispy
Sourish sweet plum tangerine peel sauce is given as the dip for the goose. I took most of the goose home.
A sesame seeds fragrant salt dip is given for the roast pork. I like the roast pork as the fatty layers are solidified with gooey firm texture so I find it very tasty until I ate all the fatty layers
The roast pork has very crispy skin too.
Pickled green chillies are given for the dry noodles
Red chilli dip is given for the char siew aka BBQ pork
10.44 am - the minced meat ball on the plate next to the dry noodles is from the tangerine peel stew meat soup.
12.37 noon - he ordered takeaway tangerine peel braised pork trotters MYR 23+ and ate some soft collagen skin when we got home at noon.
The roast chicken has very crispy skin
The rice has a bit of sesame oil taste
I took most of the rice home.
We ate the 3 pieces of tangerine peel in the soup and was surprised when a gust of spicy air hit our nose similar to eating wasabi or mustard
A bowl of soup that tastes similar to bonito flakes soup is given foc for the dry noodles.
10.44 am - the minced meat ball on the plate next to the dry noodles is from the tangerine peel stew meat soup.
We shared a tangerine peel red bean paste soup dessert which is just slightly sweet MYR 6+
Later I ordered one more bowl of this red bean paste soup MYR 6+ for myself
12.37 noon - he ordered takeaway tangerine peel braised pork trotters MYR 23+ and ate some soft collagen skin when we got home at noon.
