PBJ-01 Ah Ma Jia bukit jalil

On Wednesday 7.jan.2026, went to Pavilion Bukit Jalil for food.

*** 阿嬤家 Ah Ma Jia ***

阿嬤 means Grandma and 家 means home so it means Grandma's home.

11.09 am - two hard boiled eggs MYR 3.50
Northern Asam Laksa mixed with Siam Assam Laksa called Laksa Yin Yang MYR 14.00
Steamed yam aka taro glutinous rice cake MYR 10.00
Hot coffee MYR 5.00

11.11 am - pork lard dry noodles with pork chop MYR 15.00
The pork chop is marinated with garlic so it tastes good 😋 

12.06 noon - didn't expect such a spacious eatery 

12.05 noon - double decker sitting areas

12.06 noon - grandma's home must have rattan chairs

*** Eat Toast PBJ ***

12.44 noon - soft boiled eggs for him
Otak otak egg bun for me 
Hot coffee O to share
Total MYR 19.15 nett

*** The Roasted Gong Pear ***

1.29 pm - one hot chuan bei roasted gong pear loquat MYR 20.90 nett to share.

1037 to 1357 nearly 4 hours so 1st hour MYR 2 subsequent hour each MYR 1 so total MYR 5 nett parking fees

Next morning 44.50
Retained 200g water because ate too much carb and sugar.

  1. This Ah Ma Jia is very interesting. I remember those old rattan chairs. Very difficult to clean as dust settles into every nook and cranny.

    1. Last time, we just splash water on it & let it dry under the hot sun. All dust cleared.
