I like the taste of this dish so I may order it again.
12.22 noon - one set lunch and one egg tomato prawn dish for the two of us. Total MYR 68.20 nett.
12.20 noon - vegetarian soup set lunch MYR 31.90++ and add MYR 1++ for brown rice instead of white rice. We didn't drink all the soup. He says the soup is too sweet from all the cabbage in it. I ate all the brown rice because I requested for only a small bowl of brown rice.
11.56 am - the decor is all long curtains around the main decor so all I see are the long curtains.
10.48 am - he ordered one breakfast set of drink, toast and eggs MYR 13.90++
10.35 am - deep fried whole chicken leg is MYR 14.90++ too.
Section 1 in the photo above is the so called hole which I need to keep very clean.

After my dentist appointment, I joined him and just ate the toasts.

On Friday 21June 2024, my 2002 root canal tooth molar cracked at a corner so the dentist removed that corner and put in fillings:
Yesterday the fillings fell out when I was brushing my teeth at about 7 pm so today I visited the dentist immediately without eating anything for a filling again.
The dentist told me that a new fillings may fall out again so I could just leave the dentin exposed as it is without any fillings until the time the tooth is loose then the tooth can be extracted. The dentist tried to shake the tooth but the tooth is firmly embedded in my gums and didn't budge at all. Hearing all these I chose to leave the tooth as it is without a new fillings until the time I really need to extract it.
I asked about doing a crown for it but the dentist says a crown need the tooth to be whole but nearly a quarter of my tooth has been removed till the root so a crown couldn't be done.
Guess I would need to keep that area very clean to avoid infection and tooth decay. Unless I summon up enough courage to extract it. I am scared of feeling all the pulling and shaking and maybe cutting the tooth in order to extract it so I will live with it like this first. 60.
If I extract the molar now, the upper tooth will grow very long since there is no molar beneath it. Therefore the dentist doesn't recommend that I extract the molar now.
In this situation, I cannot chew food using this molar.
10.39 am - took a blurry photo of the photo the dentist took of the molar. To do a new fillings, the dentist would need to cut my gums with laser again which I don't like the smell of burnt gums so I asked the dentist not to cut my gums. The dentist says if don't cut gums, more likely the new fillings will fall out again.

Those long curtains are usually used as banners. The broken part of your tooth is quite big and I can now understand how the filling can easily detach. Do you feel any pain since the root might be exposed? My last tooth extraction was something like 30+ years ago and my dentist was my uncle.
