Sui Pan MYR 8.50 nett with a bit of minced meat and deep fried lard cubes as toppings. Sui Pan is Lou su fen and this is made by this eatery itself so it is only available during weekends. I expected it to be soft as Lou su fen rice noodles are soft but this sui Pan noodles are a bit springy similar to lai fun noodles.
Hot Cham drink MYR 4.50 nett.
Won't be eating sui Pan that often because I estimate 90% of it is simple carb.

2.08 pm - he cooked the livers using the remaining 4 herbal pork bone soup that he cooked the previous day. He bought this pack of livers a few days ago at jy grocer and has been keeping it in the freezer for about 1 to 2 weeks.

As the livers taste is strong, I ate the livers with balsamic vinegar which made them very tasty 😋
