Chicken Rice by Yan

On Saturday 18.jun.22, didn't go out, just ordered 1 Foodpanda delivery, 2 shopeefood deliveries and 1 grabfood delivery so distributed the deliveries to all 3 main food delivery apps.

*** Dinner ***

5.21 pm - shared dinner of sweet and sour chicken with rice. I like the tender pieces of chicken meat because there are no fatty bits and the many pieces of chicken meat are lightly coated with a very thin layer of batter. It has green capsicums, red capsicums, onions, tomatoes and cucumber wedges. I like the sweet sourish tomato gravy too. Will order this meal again.

I believe Chicken Rice by Yan is the same as Yan's Kitchen. Both eateries operate out of the Ipoh chicken rice eatery in Sri Petaling.

4.30 pm - place the order for dinner with foc delivery fees, a discount voucher of MYR 4 for at least MYR 10 food and redeemed some shopee coins, the price is only MYR 11.71 which is a good price because there are many pieces of chicken meat in this meal.

Before this, ordered loh Mee from Tim Won eatery using shopeefood too for MYR 6.50 with foc delivery fees.

*** Elderlies' Lunch ***

11 am - ordered lunch for the Elderlies. One fish is for us. After he ate lunch at 11.45 am, he delivered fish 2, the omelettes and the rice to the elderlies so MYR 74 for 4 pax making it about MYR 18.50 per pax.

4.30 pm - my portion of lunch. I didn't eat any rice with it.

*** Elderlies' Dinner ***

4.20 pm - the Elderlies requested dinner of pork stomach pepper soup, plum sauce pork knuckles with rice from Chok Kar Chong eatery so ordered it using Grabfood to be delivered directly to them because I can only find this eatery on grabfood and there is a 50% discount.

  2. I like sweet and sour dish. Chicken, pork and fish alike, all taste good in sweet and sour. Tasted lamb in sweet and sour but the meat taste still overpower the tangy sauce.

    1. My preference is fish, chicken and lastly pork for sweet and sour. Never tried mutton and beef in sweet and sour style.
