Lunch at Tang Pin

Yam Cake - MYR3.80 nett. I like that it has many pieces of yam in it and the 5 spice flavour is not that strong.

Signature Bean Curd (cold) - MYR4.30 nett. Smooth but the portion is a bit much for me, would be better if I share it.

Dumplings - MYR7.60 nett (8) so it is MYR0.95 nett each. I like these dumplings because the skin is thick and chewy and I kept 4 for dinner.

Total bill for 2 pax at Tang Pin Kitchen, SS2, PJ is MYR26.50 nett.

    1. I am lazy to eat a bowl of rice nowadays. The most I eat is one or two spoonfuls of rice.

  3. Five spice in yam? Usually I would notice some udang kering/dried prawns...if at all there is any these days, considering the prices - worth its weight in gold...and there may be bits of meat as well but yes, the one you had does look very good. Those with bits/chunks of yam in them would definitely get my double thumbs up...and I love tofu fua!!!

    1. they put the har bee (dried small prawns) on top as garnishing for this yam cake. I like those with many pieces of yam in them too.
