Feast

Three tables of ten pax for this lunch (total costs about MYR1000 - MYR34 on average per pax).

If I remember correctly, those are chicken meat with watermelon. This is a popular dish of this restaurant.

Deep fried big prawns.

I did not eat any rice. Just this one plate of a spoonful from each main dish.

New Paris Restaurant at SS2, PJ.

  2. New Paris has been around for a long long time, very popular place. I like how they served the meat in the cut watermelon skin, very nice presentation.

    2. Used to be famous for cheap and good food. Also how everything table has a stack of plastic tablecloths. Once a set of diners finish eating, waiters just pull up the corners of the tablecloth and bundle off the dirty plates. The table is ready for the next customers in what, 5 seconds!

  6. I remembered long ago it was called Paris Restaurant and it changed name after renovations. I hope I remembered correctly cos we were hunting for the old name.

We always ate their signature roasted pork knuckles which you guys didn't order. I am attracted to this chicken with watermelons!! So unique and really tempting me!
