Lat Tali Lat

Sweet and sour meatballs with rice, beansprouts and an egg set with soup of the day and a free drink - MYR14.50+ (10% service charge so it is MYR15.95 nett). My friend says that the sweet and sour meatballs are tasty.

Marmite Pasta with Popcorn Chicken - MYR17+ (MYR18.70 nett). I find pasta in marmite a bit difficult to accept but my friend says it tastes ok although could be a bit less salty.

The above two meals are from this special lunch set menu which changes daily I believe.

Stirfry Pork and Basil rice - MYR17.90+ (MYR19.70 nett). Doesn't the blue plate look lovely?

Buttermilk Chicken with Rice - MYR16.80+ (MYR18.50 nett).

The GNS - MYR13.90+ (MYR15.30 nett) for sharing. GNS is Glass Noodles Salad. It is very appetising because it is sourish and the glassnoodles are quite crunchy though I prefer it to be soft.

Moo Ping (Porksicle) - MYR13.90+ (MYR15.30 nett) for sharing. On the sweet side but succulent with fatty bits in between the juicy meat.

Mozzalsa - MYR14+ (MYR15.40 nett). Deep fried mozzarella sticks.

The cheese is stretchy when it is still warm.

A misleading receipt because the discount mentioned in it is just for the drinks that were included in the lunch sets and so are not true discounts. Total bill for 8 pax is MYR173.15 nett making it an average of MYR21.65 nett per pax.

Cozy interior

Lat Tali Lat - located on the same row as Fish & Noodle House, Damansara Kim, PJ - the daily lunch sets do offer workers nearby a good value meal with rice, meat, vege, egg, soup and a drink for about MYR16 nett.

  7. I wanna try this place! I have eaten at the Fish Noodles next door before this Lat Tali Lat was opened. I thought this is a Thai food restaurant but I think it has a fusion menu. I often buy these pork & chicken sticks from Ben's to grill at home. Easy, fast & cheap.
