Budget food so it is served in a cardboard box with a plastic fork for dined-in customers. All to be thrown away after they have been used. Guess this will be my only time eating here.
Pasta of the Day (chicken) - MYR5 nett only (on offer - normal price is MYR6 nett). Although this is better than
this waste of stomach space but I would rather pay more for better pasta or spend my MYR5 on fast food like McD cheese burger than eat this budget pasta again.
The bill for 4 of us. One of us add on more mushroom at a price of MYR2 nett.

Did not think I would eat here again but I did because my friend wanted to have the pasta with tomato mushroom sauce and I follow suit. Taste good but after this meal, I suffered from excessive stomach acid so no more means no more.
Imagine how much waste they produced each day. Sigh.

Deletepasta in a paper box? I m still ok with Pizza Hut pasta in aluminium foil container (where u can reheat). But paper box is no no for me, although RM5 is somewhat cheaper than ordering mee goreng....

ReplyDeleteI am pleased to see many places using waxed paper boxes for takeaways now. They should buy the recyclable forks & spoons from India which are made from paper mache!! So clever!
paper is more environment friendly than plastic definitely.
