This is the 2nd time that we chose to eat a meal at the Soup Restaurant in Jaya Shopping Centre.
Samsui Ginger Chicken (15 pieces) - MYR26.50+ 10% service charge (MYR29.15 nett). The chicken does not taste as good as before. This bowl of rice is the same bowl of rice as the one in the photo below.
A bowl of white fungus chicken soup - MYR11.50+ (MYR12.65 nett). Both of us shared a bowl of plain rice - MYR2.35+ (MYR2.60 nett). Total bill is MYR44.40 nett. I think we will stick to Farmers Street for our weekly dinner in Jaya Mall.

We have Soup Restaurant in SG too, but I think I have not eaten there before, if I eat there, I will want to try the Samsui Ginger Chicken Rice

presentation of food is secondary to good taste.

DeleteI'm attracted by the presentation. Generally I'm not a fan of this type of "plain" food so still haven't tried this. Maybe one day.
