On Tuesday 8.jul.2025, he decided to go to Thong Kee Sri Petaling for brunch. Then he cooked pork livers in ready packed frozen stomach pepper soup for early dinner.

10.13 am - I ate the one remaining slice of oats sourdough bread with one very ripe avocado 🥑
11.42 am - he cooked pork livers in ready made frozen prepacked pepper stomach soup bought from jaya grocer. The quality of the pepper soup is good 👍 with many pieces of soft thick pork stomach in peppery soup so we will buy it again. I ate about 6 slices of livers and 3 pieces of pork stomach.
12.03 noon - the top item is a piece of soft thick pork stomach from the frozen readymade pepper pork stomach soup. The two slices on the spoon are pork livers.
12.11 noon - 2g stick of intenso coffee instant powder black, no sugar no creamer. Deep roasted taste. Just mixed it with room temperature drinking water.
12.36 noon - scrapped and threw away the top layer of frozen oil. Then I ate the frozen gravy as desserts because it is sourish sweet and cold. Yummy 😋
Can feel an air pocket underneath the skin peel of the avocado 🥑 so it means before eating must check for white spots and don't eat the white spots.

12.34 noon - Bought pork trotters vinegar MYR 25 nett on Wednesday 26.feb.2025 from Wang Tong Shui Station Jalan Sepadu and I kept the remaining gravy in the freezer for about 4 months so I think must clear it.
Smell ok so I ate the frozen gravy as a dessert.
Morning 44.40 next morning 43.85 so removed 550g water by completing my meals early by 2 pm and maybe due to that intenso coffee.

ReplyDeleteIn response to your question, yes, the birds were ducks. I don't know who the people were, all I do know is that they were Asian. It looked like a nice man with his elderly mother, who was in a wheelchair, enjoying a moment together by the water, surrounded by ducks. I thought it was a sweet moment so I decided to take the photo. :)
