On Saturday 10.oct.2026, a whole day of happy memories so this is the dinner.

The immersive ocean lightings, sight and sounds experience for about 5 to 10 minutes was very impressive 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 🥳

7.41 pm - 4 items combo: 💰 dumplings, lemongrass drumsticks, kong poh chicken cubes and deep fried rolls 

7.58 pm - 2 abalone soup 😋 

8.19 pm - dragon tiger grouper fish steamed in coriander soy sauce 

Not all ate this fish so there were some remaining and I react too late so it was taken away before I could eat the remaining fish 😶

8.35 pm - mushrooms broccoli 🥦 

This time I made sure I ate everything on this plate 😋 😋 

9.02 pm - 🍾 🥂 after the happy couple catwalk dance 💃🏻🕺🏻after changing into evening gown and red suit

9.09 pm - a toast 🍻 🥂 🍾 🍷 

9.13 pm - tiger prawns honey soy sauce 

A clear favourite as everyone ate their prawns 🦐 🍤😋 

9.28 pm - taro glutinous rice in lotus leaf. I ate one with him taking a small bite. Plenty remaining because no one wants to eat glutinous rice so late at night but it was tasty 🤤 

9.50 pm - pear, snow fungus, longan cold tong sui which is refreshingly mildly sweet. Mochi coconut banana balls which is very yummy 😋 🤤 my favourite lotus paste fillings pancakes pastries. I wipe the pastry plate clean 😂 😆
