*** Eat Toast PBJ ***

Festive mood in pavilion bukit jalil as there are groups of families dressed in cheongsam and matching clothes enjoying cny in the mall.
Iron house kopitiam, sushi zanmai and real kungfu gd eateries are closed for cny.
Oriental Kopi and nanyang cafe eateries are almost full so we walked around for a while thinking 🤔 of where to eat brunch and then I suggested eating at Eat Toast.

12.04 noon - ordered 3 items:
Breakfast set A 8.9+
- kaya butter toasts which I ate all
- soft boiled eggs which he ate all
- hot white coffee which we shared

Nasi lemak whole chicken leg 19.90+ which we shared.

Matcha toast 11.90 which I ate all.

11.54 am - total MYR 44.75 nett
I wanted to order matcha cubes toast so specify no milk on top so that he could eat them but ordered wrongly the matcha toast so I think without the milk for matcha toast, it turned out to be very oily but I forced myself to eat it all so I was satiated with the oil and couldn't eat anything else other than some gong pear tong sui.

*** Oloiya PBJ ***

1.10 pm - bought 2 slices of minced pork bakwa for him to test whether or not they are soft enough. 14.50 per 100 gm. 2 slices 92 GM so is MYR 13.35 nett.
He ate one slice at home. Nope, not soft enough so not going to buy more.

*** Long Q ***

1.12 pm - good business at oriental Kopi

*** Krispy Kreme limited edition ***

1.12 pm - the poster says:
Krispy Kreme x sunquick
Usher in the new year with sunshine bright bold and zesty flavours

1.13 pm - lucky guava berry

1.13 pm - golden prosperity and prosperity mandarin

I like looking at the creative donuts 🍩 but they are too sweet for me so I don't buy them to eat.

*** Gong Pear ***

1.19 pm - we shared one hot gong pear chuan bei tong sui MYR 20.90 nett.

*** Supermarket PBJ ***

After that went to the supermarket to buy 2 waxed sausages 0.1 kg x 59.90 eq 5.99 and
Weng Cheow extra lean waxed sausages 0.09kg x 169.90 eq 15.29
Total MYR 21.30

Wanted to buy daikon but all daikons in the supermarket are sold out so went to pinnacle condo supermarket to buy them.

*** Pinnacle condo supermarket ***

2.32 pm - bought 2 daikons at 4.90 per kg so 0.69 kg 3.38 and 0.67 kg 3.28
Wawachoy 4.20
Ls traditional tofu 2 pieces 1.90
110g shandong groundnuts 2.78
Total 15.54
Condo parking 2

Morning 44.95
Next morning 44.90

  1. Wah! I love pork knuckle. I used to buy roasted pork knuckle to cook soup with salted mustard greens. So delicious hee..hee... I also saw Krispy Kreme outlet at 1 Utama but these days, I don't enjoy these type of donuts.

    1. Pork knuckles cooked in all sort of ways are his favourites such as Schweinshaxe, slow-roasted Pork Knuckle and deep fried pork trotters at PuTien. I think I may still enjoy the basic donuts without creams.

  2. Dear Mun, I love all your photos, dear friend! I have never tried pork knuckle.
I used to eat donuts when I was younger, but I no longer eat them. I do like them, but I am just trying to watch my sugar and fat intake.
Thank you so much for sharing, and I hope you are having a great week.

  3. Oo I'm interested in the pork knuckle. I got the Dragon-i poon choy this year which I thought wasn't worth it.
Oh thought minced pork bakkwa must be soft.

Ya, minced bakkwa is softer than sliced meat bakkwa but still not as soft as we prefer it to be.
