On Saturday 21.feb.2026, he planned to eat brunch at ELK Kopitiam but changed his plan and went to Kedai Makan Makan because there may be many people at ELK Kopitiam and he doesn't like noisy environment.

Cny day 3 Found C plus Cafe

On Thursday 19.feb.2026, went to eat brunch at a new eatery called Makan Makan in Sri Petaling which opened for business on 22.jan.2026 which we found to be the previous C+ Plus coffee in pinnacle condo.

After that we walked to Wah Yuen for desserts and beef dry noodles. As wah yuen just opened today after closing 2 days for cny, all of their desserts are only available at 3 pm except for one so we just ordered that one dessert that is available with the beef dry noodles and a cold cham less sweet drink. Wah Yuen opens at 12 noon and we usually eat brunch very early at 8 am to 9 am so we won't have much chances to eat at Wah Yuen.

On Wednesday 18.feb.2026, he cooked breakfast very early in the morning and then we went to Bai nian, midvalley mall and kwong wah Kuchai lama.

6.49 am - my portion of vit instant noodles mixed with gravy from the pork knuckle with 3 big mushrooms on top, 2 pieces of tofu at the bottom of the noodles, a bit of pork knuckle meat, 2 thin slices of sea cucumber and 3 leaves of lettuce lining the plate. He prepared such a huge meal at 6.49 am for me 😂 

6.47 am - his vit instant Noodles with meat from the pork knuckle and I helped him finish his noodles because he wanted to eat lunch later.

There are still lots of pork knuckle meat remaining so he divided them into two portions and stored the two containers in the freezer.

7.12 am - wawachoy which is my favourite so I ate this whole bowl of wawachai or wawachoy by myself. Slurps 😋 

8.01 am - I peeled and cut the two daikons bought from urban supermarket pinnacle the previous day and he cooked them with the gravy from the pork knuckle dish. I ate one bowl of this daikon and kept the remaining in the fridge.

11.34 am - he ordered the signature whole chicken leg nasi lemak MYR 16.90++ and one glass of Cham MYR 5.50++

I only ate a bit of the chicken meat because I was very full from the huge morning breakfast noodles he prepared for me. 😘 

I was thirsty so I ordered a glass of ice barley without any sugar.

On Tuesday 17.feb.2026, dropped by pavilion bukit jalil to soak in the festive mood from about 11 am to 2 pm so parking fees are MYR 5 nett. Then went to pinnacle condo supermarket to buy daikons.

6.11 pm 16feb2026 - he brought to boil the frozen pork knuckle dish which contains pork knuckle, sea cucumber, mushrooms and fatt choy. Quite a big pork knuckle.

4.16 pm 16feb2026 - the frozen food is placed inside another sealed plastic bag inside the golden container.

4.19 pm 16feb2026 - he put the frozen food into a pot and added a little water and brought it to boil.

Festive mood in pavilion bukit jalil as there are groups of families dressed in cheongsam and matching clothes enjoying cny in the mall.

Iron house kopitiam, sushi zanmai and real kungfu gd eateries are closed for cny.

Oriental Kopi and nanyang cafe eateries are almost full so we walked around for a while thinking 🤔 of where to eat brunch and then I suggested eating at Eat Toast.

I wanted to order matcha cubes toast so specify no milk on top so that he could eat them but ordered wrongly the matcha toast so I think without the milk for matcha toast, it turned out to be very oily but I forced myself to eat it all so I was satiated with the oil and couldn't eat anything else other than some gong pear tong sui.

1.10 pm - bought 2 slices of minced pork bakwa for him to test whether or not they are soft enough. 14.50 per 100 gm. 2 slices 92 GM so is MYR 13.35 nett.
