Half Roast Chicken 28

On Wednesday 22.oct.2025, went for early 8.30 am meetup tung tung ting ting. Then went to Swee Hing coffee shop but it was their off day so went to the roti canai shop behind it but there were many customers still waiting for food. Nearby Ipoh Ipoh cafe is only open at 9 am so we went to Canton-Z to eat roast chicken and Siew yuk aka roast pork.

*** Canton-Z ***

9.04 am - half a roast chicken MYR 28
One pax siew yuk MYR 10
One pax rice MYR 1
Total MYR 39 nett
We ate everything in 20 minutes 😂

*** Clear Fridge Food ***

10.11 am - these organic preserved snacks have been in my fridge for many months so I ate them all today to clear them:
Sunny Fruit Brand no sugar added
1. Organic dried Smyrna Figs
2. Organic dried Turkish apricots
3. Organic dried pitted prunes
Sulfite free
There is a warning ⚠️ to say these snacks are not a low calorie food. I think it is because the fructose from the fruits are sweet even with no sugar added.

10.40 am - I also ate the President butter that he removed from yesterday's toasts with two slices of wholemeal bread.

At 11 am, I have completed my meals for this day.

Morning 44.15
Next morning 43.90
Removed 250g water because completed meals early at 11 am.

*** The End ***

  3. Polishing off the morning meal in 20 minutes is very fast hah..hah... Dried fruits have even more concentrated sugar so it is wise to eat sparingly.

    1. Hahaha ya, I was surprised 🙀 too because usually I eat my food very very slowly. I guess that road side shed environment made me eat the food faster 😆
Very true. No added sugar but fruits themselves got lots of fructose
