10.11 am - these organic preserved snacks have been in my fridge for many months so I ate them all today to clear them:
Sunny Fruit Brand no sugar added
1. Organic dried Smyrna Figs
2. Organic dried Turkish apricots
3. Organic dried pitted prunes
Sulfite free
There is a warning ⚠️ to say these snacks are not a low calorie food. I think it is because the fructose from the fruits are sweet even with no sugar added.

At 11 am, I have completed my meals for this day.

DeletePolishing off the morning meal in 20 minutes is very fast hah..hah... Dried fruits have even more concentrated sugar so it is wise to eat sparingly.
