On Saturday 28.jun.2025, I woke up at about 4 am because I slept at 11.30 pm the previous night so after omad of clearing remaining food from the fridge in the morning at home, I napped from 12 noon to 4 pm. Thus we didn't go out at all on a Saturday.
*** Clear Fridge Food ***
7.53 am - he cooked one 3 eggs omelette with canned olive oil tuna that has best by date 28jun2025 and shredded shallots soaked in balsamic vinegar and lime juice. The sourish taste made it very appetising.
7.53 am - he brought the mixed pork congee bought from fatty Mok the previous day, to a boil and put all the remaining food items from wei Kee Kimberly duck Kway Chap into the congee.
8.15 am - my portion of the congee and omelette. I finished up everything including the small tub of sambal from the previous day's Say Yes Cafe nasi lemak fried chicken berempah. This was my omad.

Next morning 43.85
Removed 900g water because completed my omad at 9 am.
He ate one organic rockit red apple, some cherries, one tea egg, bread butter and one hard Kenya avocado 🥑 for his early dinner at about 4 pm.
