Water Retention

On Thursday 6.jul.2023, I stayed home all day and ate the deep fried fish fillet from Aeon Food Court with bread as omad. He accompanied the elderly to consult kid 1's GP early in the morning at about 8.30 am as the elderly's torso is having water retention and the diuretics meds are not effective anymore.

Reached the GP at BPP at about 9.45 am due to heavy morning rush hour traffic. Kid 1 met them there as this is her area. GP says to continue the diuretic meds and add additional measures by restricting water intake to 1 Litre daily only. Total cost is MYR 90 nett including an injection of multi vitamins to boost the elderly's energy.

He then stopped by Swee Hing coffee shop Sri Petaling to buy takeaway lunch MYR 12 nett for himself and two packs of roast chicken siew yuk MYR 30 nett for the Elderlies. 12 noon they were home.

12.28 noon - his lunch of nasi lemak chicken drumstick rendang MYR 12 nett from Swee Hing coffee shop. I didn't eat any of his lunch so I don't know how it tastes like. He finished the whole pack by himself because he says that the rice is not much. He fried two eggs and ate them with a slice of bread for his dinner.
