Beef meat balls Hor Fun Soup - MYR10.50

Beef mix Hor Fun Soup came in a set with a starter, a drink and a dessert - around MYR16

Cashier Counter

Quite a small eatery on the ground floor of Central Market, KL.

Exterior

It serves Cendol too as can be seen from its banner.

There is a bigger outlet in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail. Apart from beef noodles, they do serve other dishes with chicken meat. Nett prices are shown on the menu.

  5. oh Central Market.. hmm, a place I used to frequent when I was still a student but nowadays I only go there if I am bringing visiting friends to Malaysia.. and not to mention ever makan there before, yeah, I think I really have not makan there before, or too rare I cannot remember..

gyuniku signature, haha!! what a name., when i saw the name I thought it's a posh flagship of a chain restaurant selling Japanese grilled premium beef!! never thought it's a very local beef/beefball noodles shop, hahaha!! so I guess nowadays, for a marketing gimmick, we must give very common things some very glamorous names also huh?? for example, taufufa the soy bean milk pudding and kangkung the water convolvulus or ipomoea aquatic.. oh I loike that!! :p

    1. The soy bean milk pudding does not taste the same as ttf. More firm. Those are english names for kangkung. Your english name is also very glamorous!

their main Gyuniku restaurant in desa sri hartamas is posh i think.

  9. Haha if I'm near Central Market, I'd be going to Lai Foong for beef noodles! Though the last time I went, quality had dropped quite a bit.

    3. I have eaten beef noodle at Lai Fong in 10 years ago but the taste of it was not to my liking. I don't like pepper and I think they use a substantial amount of it.
