On Monday 9.march.2026, walked to a nearby coffee shop for brunch and then walked to family Mart to use a buy MYR 5 to get a foc softserve cone voucher.
The previous day I completed my meals at 10.40 am and today I started eating at 8.40 am so I completed a 22 hours water fasting. Supposed to have completed my meals but he suddenly found out that he needs to replenish madopar hbs 100 97 so we went out and ate a meal before returning.

8.34 am - 2 braised eggs for me and hot cham for him.
8.36 am - pork noodles in soup MYR 9.50 nett that we shared.
8.50 am - two soft boiled eggs for him.
10.39 am - bought one char siew bao MYR 2.60 nett takeaway.
*** Family Mart ***
9.14 am - chocolate cake MYR 4 nett and hot coffee MYR 2.90 nett to get a foc softserve cone. Received another voucher so will it be an endless loop 😂
*** Peninsular coffee shop OUG ***
11.39 am - cold cham MYR 4.40 nett and cold white coffee MYR 5 nett. Both less sugar. Total MYR 9.40 nett.
11.40 am - he ordered curry noodles MYR 10.50 nett which we shared.
11.41 am - we shared this plate of roast pork and bbq pork MYR 12.50 nett. The roast pork has very crispy skin so it is yummy 😋
