ReplyDeleteIn response to your question on my blog, no, you are not allowed to pick flowers from a public park. The city puts them there so that everyone can enjoy them. Yes, you can be fined for picking flowers that the city plants.
With avocado 🥑 the toasts and eggs taste even better 😋
DeleteYes it is the same here, city plants will get fined but how about wildflowers growing outside the residents houses? Are they considered as weeds?
