On Tuesday 26.aug.2025, went to Nam Heong and Thong Kee for brunch and then walked to big to buy some items and then back to the supermarket in pinnacle condo to buy bread. Also bought takeaway steamed herbal chicken from iluvu eatery for his dinner.
*** Nam Heong pinnacle condo ***
8.40 am - breakfast set of hot coffee, soft boiled eggs and kaya butter toasts
8.46 am - kaya butter toasts
8.48 am - he ordered two char siew aka bbq pork bao. We ate one each.
8.52 am - caramelized char siew fillings, slightly sweet. Total price for 4 items: MYR 15.20 nett.
*** Thong Kee Sri Petaling ***
9.18 am - he ordered mixed pork mee sua soup with livers.
9.26 am - my portion of his pork mee sua noodles soup and I ordered 2 brinjals ytf, 1 bitter gourd ytf and 2 tofu ytf at MYR 2 each so total is MYR 10 nett.
9.39 am - I like to eat white tofu.
*** Red Dragon Fruit ***
10.51 am - he bought pre cut Red dragon fruit for his smoothie. From iluvu, congee and steamed herbal chicken leg.
*** Clear Fridge Food ***
11.38 am - I ate his remaining tofufa from the previous day with 5 remaining cherries 🍒 that I bought a long time ago.
*** 4th Smoothie ***
2.45 pm - red dragon fruit smoothie is naturally pink after blending dragon fruit with frozen bananas, soy drink, instant oats, almonds and pecans.
2.45 pm - I like this pink 🩷 and it tastes good 😋

It is a sweet spread sometimes known as coconut jam as santan is made by adding warm water to grated coconut meat and then after mixing well, the mixture is squeezed to extract the liquid. This liquid is coconut cream or santan which is thick, creamy and has a high-fat content.
