Uncle Tetsu at Midvalley

What used to be Crazy Potato at this location is now...

Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake.

Will they be here longer than Crazy Potato?

  1. When Uncle Tetsu newly opened in 1U, the queue is crazy. These days, there is hardly any queue. Even those new Cheese Tarts places mushrooming around are also bare, their queue only for the first few weeks. Now empty dy..

  3. I loved Uncle Miki, tried that at Cold Storage, Centrepoint in Singapore a long time ago. I sure would love to try this one too and since they have it at Mid Valley, good. I would usually stay around there and nobody ever takes me to 1U. I did hear some comments about the poor quality control with this one though - these franchise things, the owners should be more strict to protect their reputation.

    1. Now there is MRT to 1U so you can go to 1U when you are in KL.

  4. The Uncle Tetsu at 1-U is rather quiet not like when they first opened. I have not tried it because they do not add vanilla to the batter and I cannot tahan the cheese smell.

    1. I didn't buy from Crazy Potato too because I never see anyone buy from them so I don't dare to buy.

  7. I find the food outlets have short life spans in our country esp at the malls where their rentals are too high.
