Hai Keng

Chee Cheong Fun (Glutinous rice flour rolls) at MYR2.80 nett.

At Hai Keng coffee shop, PJ (near Digital Mall and Jaya)

Lam Mee at MYR7 nett which we always order when we eat at this place.

  1. I like chee cheong fun in Penang where they will give you the prawn paste/rojak sauce and chili sauce by the side.

    1. This is the corner single storey house opposite the corner coffee shop you mentioned. The corner single storey house has been converted into a coffee shop. If you click the hai keng link above there is a photo of the external view of hai keng.

  3. The CCF is something like what I eat in Penang... they put shrimp paste sauce, right? I am not used to eating that as yet but I do order it at times when I go Penang...

    1. No, this one is not shrimp paste sauce. It is just brown sauce like those sauce used for dipping siew mai.

    3. Here we seldom eat with soy sauce. This is sweet brown sauce like those given for siew mai.
