Rolling Off

On Saturday 19.nov.2022, busy day with car queues and elderlies' duty lunch and dinner.

*** Hiong Mei ***

12 noon - his chapfan no rice lunch. He bought two packs chapfan lunch for the Elderlies too.

*** Fatty Mixed Rice ***

5.20 pm - his chapfan no rice dinner. He bought two packs chapfan dinner for the Elderlies too.

6 pm - I finished up the last two packs of nestle cereal and Milo cereal 3-in-1 that have long pass the printed Best Before Date.

*** Elderly Care ***

5 pm - he setup a safety bar for the Elderlies' bed to prevent rolling off the bed and for support.

Picture from online shopee app. The Horizontal part goes under the mattress so no need to screw any parts to the bed.

    1. No screws. It is attached to the bed by a horizontal part that goes underneath the mattress. Please refer to the photo that I just updated to the post above. Thanks.

  2. Guess it's a fact of life. The start and end share commonalities - diapers, bed rails, the dependency on others etc.

    1. Sad reality. After spending years of growing up learning to be independent, it's back to square one when turning old.

    3. Like my grandma who is 106 years old, all her children are already old and needing care themselves so there is no choice but to let her stay in a care home for the professionals to care for her. That's why I really πŸ™ I will die before I reach this stage.
