On Saturday 17.oct.2026, went to Midvalley Mall for food and to deliver blue silver clothes and shoes to bless shop.

*** Canton-i gardens mall ***

11.46 am - I chose to eat at this eatery because I saw this deep fried seabass sliced fish with salt and pepper MYR 28.90++ on their menu

11.48 am - the deep fried fish fillet feels very airy so the deep fried sea bass fillets are very easy to eat

11.44 am - double boiled chicken soup cordycep and figs MYR 18.90++ for him

11.37 am - iced milk red bean drink MYR 13.90++ for me. Total MYR 73.90 nett inclusive of MYR 2++ for 2 packs of single wetwipes

10.51 am - chonky cookies will be occupying the coffee stall previous space which is opposite the current coffee shop

10.01 am - Paris Baguette eatery. At the far end is a door leading to shops in Centrepoint North Midvalley City

Found it when looking for print shop and results say ExPrint Shop is behind the door behind Paris Baguette but their computers are not available so no printing service today 

Later we went to Key Color shop and printed the two group photos in A4 size for MYR 15 nett each so MYR 30 nett.

9.36 am - I didn't know that Genki sushi is back and the 5th branch is in the gardens mall since November 2022

9.36 am - how could I have not seen it here since 2022 😂 😆

8.37 am - our usual boneless chicken meal and items in the breakfast set but weekend doesn't have breakfast set so we ordered the 3 items separately ala carte

Eat a Lot n Walk in Rain

On Wednesday 17.june.2026, he found a pork noodles shop in PJ to try as it was a public holiday so we went there early at 7.30 am. After that we went to uptown to eat chicken at Say Yes Cafe and fish at Red Kettle.

10.53 am - chargrilled fish MYR 41.90++

PH is absolutely right, this dish is delicious 😋 

and the portion is not big so I can finish it although I have eaten 2 meals before this 😂 

I can smell the grana padano cheese grated on top of this dish when it arrives at the table. I guess customers who don't eat cheese can request beforehand to omit this cheese but I like the taste of this cheese 😋 

The broccoli 🥦 could be softer though. I didn't expect it to be creamed corns as the base until I read the description in the menu.

10.52 am - I ordered classic pork chop MYR 31.90++ for him although he says he is still very full. He ate everything except for 3 wedges of 🥔 potatoes which I ate. One hot long black MYR 14.90++ to share. Total MYR 102.90 nett.

10.53 am - the wedges of 🥔 potatoes are hidden below the pork chop 

10.26 am - next time I will try the pan roasted fish which I tried a very long time ago. I don't want to eat rice so won't try the one with rice.

8.12 am - each bowl has only one piece of stuffed multilayered intestines.

7.54 am - shopfront.  The stand up banner next to the shop is promoting upstairs or next door upstairs: this Kaorisabo ice cream eatery but it only opens at 12.30 noon.

8.29 am - 4 items 1 add-ons total MYR 36.80 nett.

8.35 am - from little bro noodles shop to starling mall, we went past this nasi kandar sk maju taman Bahagia eatery.

*** Say Yes Cafe uptown ***

Free parking due to public holidays so we didn't go for paid parking inside starling mall. It wasn't raining that heavily so we walked in the rain to say yes cafe.

8.52 am - ordered hot cham, kaya butter toasts and soft boiled eggs 

8.49 am - since we have eaten pork noodles, we didn't order rice so no nasi lemak, just ala carte one deep fried whole chicken leg.
