AG-7-3-18 delivery brunch

On Sunday 19.july.2026, have an appointment from 10 am to 10.30 am for a delivery and a brunch. We reached there early at 9.20 am and waited until 10 am for the kopitiam to open and then sat in the kopitiam to wait for the vip who appeared at 10.28 am after being woken up by my calls at 9.57 am. Overslept.

8.37 am - he ordered hot nescafe Tarik and roti telur bawang. I just ate his remaining food and drink 😂

10.37 am - the empty plate contained two soft boiled eggs MYR 2.90++ which he has eaten when this photo was taken. 😂

10.38 am - he ordered indomie chicken berempah special MYR 17.90++

The ice cincau drink belongs to the wat Dan dry pan mee set MYR 13.90++ ordered by the vip

10.46 am - it was either salt crispy chicken or pop corn chicken ala carte and the vip chose salt crispy chicken when I asked so I ordered it MYR 11.90++ to be shared by us 3 pax.

10.49 am - vip's wat Dan dry pan mee set MYR 13.90++ inclusive of a cold drink. This dish wasn't finished because too much pan mee and the minced meat is too salty according to the vip.

Total MYR 67.75 nett we gave the vip a treat.

MV-6-2-20 Coleslaw Potato

On Sunday 14.june.2026, the mission is to try McD's coleslaw and mashed potatoes launched on Friday 12june2026 so we went to Midvalley mall.

8.58 am - he ordered two fried eggs MYR 2.30++ x 2 for me.

2 soft boiled eggs MYR 4.90++

Hot coffee less sugar MYR 8.50++

Knuckle noodles in soup MYR 21.90++ no meat on the knuckles, just thick skin full of collagen goodness

Total MYR 46.30 nett

9.23 am - my portion of noodles which I took out from the soup so I ate all the remaining preserved green chili with the noodles.

9.42 am - I brought the remaining half of the bread from the previous day to the mall to eat else the bread won't get eaten as I would be full when I got home. Just find a seat in the general mall area and ate all this remaining portion.

8.55 am - I wish they would get a proper shop space instead of putting tables in the walkway.

10.34 am - I didn't expect the coleslaw and mashed potatoes to be in small square cardboard boxes. 😂 

10.37 am - I like the taste of both. The coleslaw is a little more salty than sweet and the cabbage are sliced very thinly so it makes it easy to eat, very 👍 good. 😋 

The mashed potatoes are dense and a little bit more sticky than fluffy mashed potatoes so I like it too. Both portions are small, even I find the portion to be small so hope they can be more.

10.47 am - double fish fillets with a little bit of tartar sauce. 😋 

10.25 am - I ordered two sets:

2 original fried chicken+potato+coleslaw MYR 17.03 and upgraded the soft drink to iced strawberry latte by adding MYR 4.34

Double filet fish burger MYR 17.12 and changed the soft drink to hot milk tea aka teh tarik -9 cents and forgot to customize it to be less sweet so both of us found this drink to be way too sweet so after he drank some I poured the remaining milk tea into my strawberry latte, took it home and put into the freezer.

I chose apple pie instead of fries.

After that went to mrdiy to buy a rake and a brush.

3.08 pm - after the strawberry latte + milk tea has become frozen, I ate them as ice shavings

On Saturday 13.june.2026, went out early for food and decided to go again to Thong Kee Sri Petaling as it opens early at 7 am. Reached there a little past 7 am just as the last vacant table was assigned so had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table to be available.

Not only is the upstairs dining area not opened yet, the menu is also limited. The braised eggs and chicken rice that we ate after 9 am the previous visit are not available yet from Thong Kee at 7 am. This is a case of early birds not getting the worms 😂

Nasi Lemak curry chicken MYR 10.90+ with a request for no peanuts as both our weak teeth cannot handle peanuts

7.21 am - he also ordered mix pork mi sua adding for me two eggs MYR 13 nett.

Then we walked to nasi lemak burung hantu and I bought takeaway whole chicken leg berempah MYR 9.50 nett for him.

11.50 am - whole chicken leg berempah from nasi lemak burung hantu. He asked me to request for the whole chicken leg to be cut into smaller pieces so that he can eat them easier.

We also ate the remaining 3 Cavendish bananas 🍌

On Saturday 9.may.2026, went to Chan's Kitchen Sri Petaling because he says they have moved away from the shared shop to their own shop.

Previously they shared a shop with Starry Sky Marina Hotpot which is located behind KFC Sri Petaling. We went there on Saturday 1.march.2025:

8.26 am - I ordered nasi lemak ayam berempah MYR 14.80 and a promo red bean tong sui at MYR 1.80 with a normal price of MYR 3.5 

8.31 am - he ordered pork noodles soup MYR 11.80 a cup of hot cham less sweet and two soft boiled eggs.

8.34 am - from the mix and match menu, I ordered 3 items from section B MYR 10.80 and they are:

Chicken breast meat

Braised tofu

Omelette 

9.03 am - the new shop is next to 99 convenient shop.

After that we went to foc work for a while from 9.22 am to about 10 am.

After that my head felt very heavy, must be due to the wine

We always see a long queue at B & Best Coffee shop for seafood noodles. After thinking about should we join the queue, we decided to eat steamed chicken instead.

He was thinking of eating hokkien noodles a few months ago and so happened we saw this famous hokkien noodles eatery so of course must eat there.

Luckin Coffee instant brand specialty drip coffee. Yirgacheffe sun dried beans. The primary natural flavours are fruity berries and floral. Very nice, I like the light taste.

A box of 8 drip bags online rrp is around MYR 39 and by redeeming sho pi coins I paid MYR 20 inclusive of delivery fees.

2.36 pm - quarter meal for me 😋 The chicken breast has a lot of meat.

At about 4 pm, I finished all the pandan chiffon cake and drank all the remaining packet soy drink that was in the fridge for a few weeks because it says must drink all within 3 days of opening the packet.

Bought a large portion of braised beef and tendons, about MYR 37ish from Mak Chee eatery Midvalley Mall for my friend. 

My friend cooked some noodles and put in some vege, carrots, tofu, potatoes before adding the braised beef and tendons. Yummy 😋
