8.03 am - I ordered indo mee ham and egg soup version MYR 8.90 nett. I requested him to eat all the ham.

7.56 am - hot cham drink, toasts and eggs set MYR 8.50 nett

8.07 am - his nasi lemak ayam berempah MYR 12 nett

*** Ba Zhen steamed cakes  ***

2.52 pm - I am very curious about the taste of these ba Zhen steamed cakes made from glutinous rice and 8 types of TCM herb ingredients such as shan yao, hawthorn and etc.

It is slightly sweet with herbs taste.

Bought the minimum portion of 5 for a total of about MYR 4 including delivery fees and since they are quite small, I ate all 5 in one seating.

After that I ate 3 slices of bread with no added sugar no added salt peanut butter.

Chan Dan Noodles

Yesterday is the start of a new duration from 10 June 2020 till 31 August 2020. My breakfast at 11.19 am. It has been a long time since I last ate this yoodo cereal.

12 noon - shared lunch of veges and noodles cooked in the gravy of the radish Beef bought on Monday from Yang Kee,oug.

5.47 pm - not my dinner of yummy instant noodles with luncheon meat, egg and vegetables.

6.52 pm - my dinner of bread and 1 kfc nugget.

7.12 pm - finished all the pineapple biscuits. 

Non Fried Instant Noodles

We just finished a pack of this Cintan Non Fried Instant Noodles which is low fat as the noodles are steamed and air dried instead of being fried in oil. No added preservatives and no colouring so I like it.

We eat it dry like this sometimes with kfc chicken and vegetables for lunch.

This is my portion.

Since we have finished eating the non fried instant noodles, we will have to eat the usual instant noodles which we bought to see us through this stay at home time.

 Cintan MYR 3.75 each big pack of 5 individual packs and Maggi MYR 3.7 each big packs of 5 individual packs.
