On Wednesday 10.june.2026, he said let's go to eat fish and chips at Edward's urban fish & chips at Aeon Maluri so we went there. 

Saizeriya is Japan's famous budget friendly Italian eatery and it has just opened in Aeon Maluri with long queues so since we were early, we ate breakfast there before going to eat fish and chips.

On Friday 22.may.2026, went to Thong Kee to take a closer look at the 1st floor but found a parking space nearer to sunny Republic eatery so we ate at sunny Republic again.

I shared the rice with him and we finished all the soft rice.

10.32 am - he bought one braised tofu, duck breast meat, and siew yuk aka roast pork MYR 15.50 nett. I ate one cube of tofu and one slice of duck breast meat.

10.07 am - this is the stall. Yuan Tastes Roast Chicken & Duck. The duck breast meat is tender and tasty 😋 

*** Belated Birthday celebration ***

Our previous meetup was on 29aug2025 and she picked me up at 1.04 pm. At Taman Desa, there were many cars and no parking space available so parked at a far far away place and walked about 500m to Tsuyoi Sushi that she chose.

Tsuyoi Sushi is next to nanyang old street cafe that we always go to eat breakfast on weekends. It only opens at 11 am, too late for our breakfast so we have never tried it.

2.04 pm - I ordered this TS9 meal  for her and she gave me one piece of the two pieces of unagi aka eel and half bowl of rice as she doesn't want to eat so much rice. This TS9 meal has chawan mushi, tofu seaweed miso soup, vege, watermelon, 3 slices of salmon sashimi, unagi, tempura, rice at MYR 38++ so it is value for money. This eatery is almost full. Luckily there was a table for the two for us.

2.15 pm - I ordered salmon shioyaki MYR 25++ and gave her half of the salt grilled salmon. I forgot to take photos so halfway through eating I remembered and took the above photo. I ate 1.5 bowls of rice 🍚 

1.55 pm - Tsuyoi Sushi 🍣 😋 set lunch is available at 11 am to 3 pm.

I didn't order any drinks. She ordered refillable warm plain drinking water MYR 0.50++

Total bill is MYR 73.65 nett my treat

The milk is a bit sticky like a smooth thick paste. Mildly sweet.
