Chapfan Saturday

On Saturday 5.nov.2022, went to buy chapfan lunch and dinner for the Elderlies and himself.

*** Hiong Mei chapfan eatery ***

12.30 noon - 1 vege dish and 1 meat dish, no rice. Total 3 packs chapfan lunch about MYR 22 only.


*** 126 Mixed Rice Sri Petaling ***

5.20 pm - no rice, vege dish and bittergourd ytf. Total 3 packs chapfan dinner MYR 17 which is the lowest price till now.

      Not eating rice because don't want to have blood sugar spike.
