9.28 pm - taro glutinous rice in lotus leaf. I ate one with him taking a small bite. Plenty remaining because no one wants to eat glutinous rice so late at night but it was tasty 🤤
9.50 pm - pear, snow fungus, longan cold tong sui which is refreshingly mildly sweet. Mochi coconut banana balls which is very yummy 😋 🤤 my favourite lotus paste fillings pancakes pastries. I wipe the pastry plate clean 😂 😆
6.12 pm - refreshments 😋
The immersive ocean lightings, sight and sounds experience for about 5 to 10 minutes was very impressive 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 🥳
Not all ate this fish so there were some remaining and I react too late so it was taken away before I could eat the remaining fish 😶
This time I made sure I ate everything on this plate 😋 😋
A clear favourite as everyone ate their prawns 🦐 🍤😋

DeleteDid anyone tapau the taro glutinous rice since many leftovers? I have not seen such combination taro rice before. I thought this is hotel ballroom with food from hotel's kitchen, then at the bottom you wrote tuk tuk catering?

Lunch and tea ceremony is at hotel. Dinner is not.
No one at the table tapao. Hopefully the waiters got tapao the rice since is obviously clean and not touched by us those individual balls of rice in lotus leaves package.

DeleteThe mystery of the ocean is the immersive ocean event. This company operates more than one event hall locally for weddings and annual dinners. The atmosphere and setup all really and very nice for people to rent the event space.
The wedding dinner is spectacular! The food looks good. Usually at the end, I am always too full to eat the carbs hah..hah... So sayang the grouper was taken away before you could have all to yourself LOL! That happened to me once, not fish, but suckling pig. I should have moved faster hah..hah...
