On Monday 19.oct.2026, I didn't ask where he was driving to and turned out to be our usual Thong Kee Sri Petaling.

8.49 am - surprisingly salted chicken rice is available so he ordered it MYR 14.90++
9 am - my portion. I like the taste of the steamed chicken meat which was a bit salty and infused with the taste of Dong Guai herbs aka Angelica sinensis herbs which I like 😋
8.46 am - he also ordered pork mix misua soup add one egg. Hot tk signature 1+1 25% sugar drink MYR 3.50++
8.44 am - kaya butter toasts MYR 3.20++
Soft boiled eggs MYR 3.60++
Thong Kee total MYR 26.70 nett exclusive pork misua
I completed my meals for this day at 9.30 am
Morning 44.45
Next morning 43.95
Removed 500g water because I completed my meals early at 9.30 am.

I like salted chicken. Years ago there was a salted chicken shop near The Ship but it did not last very long.

DeleteThe salted chicken tastes like those from Ipoh? I saw people eating this too in Thong Kee and thought of trying it one day.
