On Wednesday 4.march.2026, went to tmn Bukit Indah happy garden for food. The previous day I completed my meals at 10.08 am and today I started eating my meals at 9.08 am so I unintentionally completed 23 hours water fasting.
*** Chun Yang tmn Bukit Indah ***
9.07 am - keto breakfast MYR 14.90 nett. This time they sprinkled some seasonings on top of the broccoli ๐ฅฆ which I don't like so I must remember to ask them not to put the seasonings.
8.59 am - soft boiled eggs for him
9.02 am - butter kaya toasts, hot coffee and soft-boiled eggs breakfast set MYR 10 nett.
9.06 am - we shared this bowl of yee mee pork in soup MYR 10 nett.
*** His early dinner ***
12.06 noon - he bought a portion of roast duck breast meat MYR 10 nett from Kokan for his early dinner. I didn't eat any roast duck.
After he ate all the duck meat, we shared a harumi ๐ and then I ate another basic ๐
Morning 44.80
Next morning 44.60
Removed 200g water because completed my meals early at 1 pm.
