From the menu of Slushy, we selected the last one as the photo below.
Matcha Shiratama Slushy - MYR13.80 - Matcha Slushy topped with Matcha Ice Cream and Mochi. The ice cream is milky creamy and the slushy is not so they complement each other well. Will definitely try another type of Slushy next time.
For parfait, we selected this one as the photo below
Matcha Warabimochi Parfait - MYR19.80 - Only order this if you have a sweet tooth because the red bean paste is very sweet. Best shared with a friend. Since I tried this, I will not order this again because I find it too sweet. The matcha ice cream is milky creamy.
Selected this one as the photo below
Matcha Anmitsu - MYR16.80 - the brown sugar syrup is provided separately so that you can just drizzle as little or as much as you like. The matcha ice cream is milky creamy.
Matcha Soft cream cone - MYR6.80 - bitter green tea with no milky creamy taste at all, good for people who cannot stand the taste of milk and so can't eat the green tea ice cream shown in the first 6 photos. It is either this soft cream cone or slushy because they are not milky creamy.
A pot of Karigane Cha - MYR7.80, you can asked for the hot water to be refilled.
The Karigane-Cha in the tea bag. Karigane-Cha is the stem of Uji Cha with a mild bitter sweet taste.

ReplyDeleteGood morning Princess Ribbon,
DeleteYou are really early today. Yes, the desserts are expensive. That's why must share and eat with friends, hehehe. The green tea cone is also very nice.
May you have a nice day!
hmmm, green tea dessert?? can i use STP's famous quote "No, thank you" instead?? haha.. not that i do not like green tea.. yes, i do drink green tea i mean green tea alone, but i do not really fancy all other green tea products.. i do not know why?? :p
ReplyDeletemaybe you need to go to Uji, Japan to taste the green tea product there to know why. :)
Deletemaybe most of the green tea desserts out there has put too much "green tea flavor" and it makes the thing too green for me, too strong taste and i cannot accept that.. those that are milder and has a balance of taste, probably would be more suitable for me :)
ReplyDeleteYes fake green tea flavour is absolutely not nice but then genuine authentic green tea desserts are yumz...
Deletebut no doubt, all these desserts you showed here looks great!! i mean if for me, other flavor would be even better, haha~~ ooopsss!!! :p
ReplyDeleteDo you like red beans? They also serve red bean latte and other red bean desserts.
DeleteLooks like green tea is for us adults.. I think my kids will not like them but I definitely do! The desserts really look good to me.. I don't mind sharing with two others.. hahaha..
ReplyDeleteIf you come kl during weekends, we can share, ok?
DeleteI love Green Tea ice cream so much until my wife started making them for me in tumblers and freeze them.
ReplyDeleteHomemade Green Tea ice cream by spouse is the best! :)
DeleteNot a fan of anything green tea but that Matcha Warabimochi Parfait sure looks tempting. I like green tea Kit Kat though...
ReplyDeleteIf you like green tea Kit Kat, I don't see why you won't like these genuine authentic green tea desserts, not those with fake strong green tea flavours.
DeletePassed by this during my recent visit to KL, but din't went in since the crowd is crazy!
ReplyDeleteStill many people queuing to eat this during lunch time. Have to go before or after lunch hours.
DeleteI'm fan of any green tea ice cream...like this very much!! =]
ReplyDeleteHaha we meet up one weekend and eat here ok?
DeleteOkay! Okay!! =]
DeleteI will email you to arrange. :)
Deletei like the ice cream
ReplyDeleteSlurp, slurp!
DeleteI saw this shop in Shanghai too and immediately thought about you :) That was not long after reading your post in April. Didn't try it though because I find the pricing a bit on the high side...
ReplyDeleteYes the price is expensive but I think it is worth a try for people who love genuine green tea products.
