On Tuesday 14.feb.2023, went to Fatty Mixed Rice Sri Petaling to buy chapfan lunch for the Elderlies and himself. Also went to 7-11 to buy bread for the Elderlies and went into TK bakery to buy egg tarts for him.

*** Avocado Purple Cabbage Breakfast ***

His diy breakfast - avocado, duck egg, raw purple cabbage on a slice of whole meal bread.

One ripe jumbo avocado he bought from the food merchant supermarket yesterday.

12.30 noon - his no rice chapfan lunch. He bought 3 packs at MYR 25, two packs for the Elderlies.

*** Monday 13.feb.2023 ***

2.40 noon - one Top Hat aka Pie Tee at Kwong Wah Ais Kacang pavilion Bukit Jalil.

2.32 pm - we need to fill up these 6 Top Hat shells with the ju hu char aka stir fry jicama carrots minus the cuttlefish strips.

2.27 pm - must order these two ice - cendol and abc. He ate half a bowl of cendol and I finished them up.

2.23 pm - Total price is MYR 29.60 nett for early tea.

Ckt Oriental Kopi

On Monday 13.feb.2023, went to Pavilion Bukit Jalil for our food.

12.11 noon - ckt with two big prawns with shells still on. I ate both prawns including their shells. This ckt is only available after 11 am and tastes spicy with a bit of sweetness.

12 noon - fruit rojak with a cup of hot white coffee. There are pineapples, guava, sour mango, cucumber and deep fried fritters in this fruit rojak. The sauce has prawn paste and crushed peanuts, sesame seeds and dried small shrimps and tastes sweet.

12 noon - we shared this plate of kampung mihun and deep fried pieces of boneless chicken.

Total price is MYR 63.90 at Oriental Kopi pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Foc MYR 5 speedmart e-voucher

On Sunday 12.feb.2023, went to Taman Desa to buy lunch and dinner for ourselves. Went to two Speedmart shops to redeem the foc MYR 5 vouchers because one speedmart shop's cashier didn't know how to process the voucher and the next speedmart shop took a long time to get the info on how to process the voucher. Bought 2 small packs of pistachios at MYR 3.2 each and paid using the foc MYR 5 voucher and MYR 1.4 in cash.

12.14 noon - our lunch and dinner. Total price MYR 40 nett.

On Saturday 11.feb.2023, went to Desa Petaling to buy lunch for the Elderlies and Giant Supermarket to buy Sunshine bread. Dinner is 5 of 5 set meal from Lau Home Cook, Hometaste.

4.37 pm - he cooked spinach omelette using frozen Emborg Chopped Spinach, 4 eggs, onion, garlic and mushrooms for the Elderlies and us two.

4.41 pm - thick, juicy and yummy! 😋

5.04 pm - lemon chicken, white plain rice 1 pax, white tofu, choy sum carrots stir fry

*** Lunch Desa Petaling ***

11.50 am - stomach pepper soup, water cress soup and steamed ginger chicken MYR 32 nett. 3jc soup mihun MYR 8 nett. All food items are from coffee shops in Desa Petaling.

Giant Supermarket: 2 Australian oats sunshine bread at MYR 4 each. 1 Long wheat bran sunshine bread MYR 4.4 and choc fruit cake 400g MYR 10.50 nett.

Apollo

On Friday 10.feb.2023, we didn't go out at all, just stayed home.

On Thursday we went to the MYR 2.40 shop named the eco-shop to buy some things and I bought two packs of Apollo wafer to relive my childhood.

Wafer coated with chocolate and wafer coated with milk cream. Do you used to eat wafers like these ones when young?

1.53 pm - he cooked a pack of frozen suigao with pork celery fillings and we ate 5 suigao each with kimchi and lettuce.

Tong Ho Omelette

On Thursday 9.feb.2023, went to 126 mix rice Sri Petaling to buy chapfan lunch for the Elderlies.

9.37 am - he cooked this Tong Ho vegetable Omelette for the both of us. He used 4 eggs for this omelette.

He used this variety of Tong Ho vegetable which is the LARGE LEAF TONG-HO 大 葉 茼 蒿 with a nice aromatic taste. This photo is downloaded from:

12.22 noon - he also cooked this pork ribs, bitter gourd, carrot, wood ear fungus, dried oysters soup without any salt. The soup is tasty enough with the taste of all the ingredients.

12.05 noon - his chapfan no rice from 126 mix rice eatery and he also prepared a seaweed sesame seeds side dish.

Nasi Bojari

On Wednesday 8.feb.2023, went to Midvalley Mall to celebrate Valentine's day earlier.

11.44 am - 3 skewers of beef satay and 3 skewers of chicken satay MYR 27.90 nett so it is MYR 4.65 per skewer. Both chicken and beef satay are juicy and well marinated. They even provide pineapple with the satay. The peanut satay sauce is not too sweet so is tasty.

11.39 am - nasi Bojari MYR 35.90 nett. The whole chicken leg is tender with crispy skin. I like the beef rendang which is not too sweet but with rich rendang gravy. I like the taste of the two Assam prawns with shells and heads. The heads and shells are cooked until quite soft so I ate them all.

11.33 am - ABC ice MYR 13.90 nett. All the ingredients are at the bottom of the ice.

11.38 am - there are quite a lot of ingredients in the ABC ice including yellow raisins aka sultanas and cashew nuts. This ABC ice is not that sweet so the sultanas didn't make the ABC top sweet.

Total price is MYR 77.70 nett - Madam Kwans Midvalley Mall.

2.53 pm - dark chocolate Sofuto MYR 4.90 nett from Family mart. We added our own frozen raspberries and pieces of dark chocolate to the chocolate Sofuto.
