Deleteah, i have been there once but of course passed by numerous times and everytime this place is always packed with people.. the rojak and desserts all look good, but of course i would think they are pricey, can go there once in a while but not always.. :)
ReplyDeleteI believe this is one of the most affordable eatery so that's why it is always packed. If you compare to your homecooking of course this is pricey. :)
DeleteI love bubur chacha.. But I only like the liquid, don't really like all the "liew", haha.. Ooohhh, rojak.. I like it with only pineapples and keropok..

DeleteI love fruit rojak! There used to be a very good rojak stall near the now extinct Atria Shopping Centre in Damansara Jaya. I don't know if the rojak man still operates in that vicinity.

DeleteMun, I love all the food in Nyonya Color! From the packet of mee siam... to desserts to the kuehs.. they are so tasty... the kuehs are very quality... small and refined.. but as long as it taste good, pay a bit more than the usual is justified... :)

DeleteAHA Bananaz now only knows jicama is (sengkuang)..good learning via blogging tQVM. Prices go places in MV of course its RM7.50 & for the same my favorite motorbike rojak 'stall' is half the price but instead of that lovely fruity plate you get it served with white boxes haha.

ReplyDeleteI just had black glutinous dessert last night at SS2 and they added tau hoo fah inside. I think the original would be better without tau hoo fah. It reduced the oomph!
Can't you buy those without the tau hoo fah?
