But I don't think I want to eat pork blood now, imagine it is like drinking some blood, which I think it is not really good for our karma, anyway I also tried to eat vegetarian on the 1st and 15th of the Chinese Lunar Month, to build up merits
Last time I like to eat pork blood because of cleansing blood benefit
Oooooo...I love that! My girl and the mum don't eat it so we do not cook that at home. Don't get to see it that often either at our chap fan places - have not had it for a long time now. Drooling!!!
Pork blood! Yay! It's very very hard to find in KL, I can only find in certain kari mee, that's all.. If chap farn, no, never seen it before.. If I see it, I sure tapao a BIG packet home!
Wpw! So long I have not eaten them! These blood dishes are quite rare these days as not all mixed rice shops would sell them. I even heard rumours about foreign doctors debating about the sick animal's blood which would not be ideal for human consumption. They argued on about the meat and blood being from the same animal but they pointed out that the blood contents is much different from its meat. Woii headache la those ang mohs! Wakakaka
They say eat pork blood is good for clearing and cleansing your blood

DeleteSorry. I dont eat the pork blood. Not my plate of economy rice too. ;)
ReplyDeleteSame here.
DeleteWow, RM6 is quite cheap, you know my economy rice down there, if portion like this, could be RM8 to RM10 already >.<
ReplyDeleteHere is suburb area. Yours is near many offices I guess.
DeleteEr... nope. I won't take pork blood like this. They have to go into zhu zhap soup or curry mee for me. :/
ReplyDeleteWhat about in porridge?
DeletePorridge is ok also, because for me porridge is considered rice in soup. :P
DeleteThis chap fan stall sells porridge too so you can have this blood with the porridge.
DeleteI've not seen pork blood at chap fan stalls at my area. Even if they sell that, I geli to eat.
ReplyDeleteI also geli to eat.
DeleteNot for me too! I remembered an auntie used to cook coagulated chicken blood dish whenever she slaughter chicken.
ReplyDeletewow, your auntie is making full use of the chicken and not waste any part of the chicken like what people do in the olden days when times are hard.
DeleteLast time when I was young, I have eaten before, but now big already, geli to eat.. hahahaa.. ignorance is bliss that time... hahahaa..
ReplyDeleteEat no eat also the same, depends on personal preference.

ReplyDeleteSo they are your folks' favourite dish once upon a time.
DeleteI do get 'geli' with pork blood. But I would enjoy a few cubes once in a while.
ReplyDeleteAt least you dare to eat.
DeleteA bit like tofu if you 'close' your nose.
