Overnite Oats

My friend let me try the oats and chia seeds soaked with soy milk that she prepared. The baby bottle there is for size comparison.

It was cold and very tasty with fresh strawberries, bananas and dried cranberries. Thank you, my friend. :)

  1. At one time, it was the craze. Have not heard of it for a while now. Oats, not for gluten-intolerant people as well, and barley too, not just wheat.

  4. I took these for a short while (without fancy fruits) - palatable actually. But I had fried noodles and other less-healthy options for so long that when I checked on my oats again, they had tiny beetles in them already. Back to my less-healthy hehe.

    1. I keep unused oats in the fridge so that they can be stored longer.
