On Monday 5.may.2025, went to pinnacle condo for food because it was drizzling.

*** Nam Heong pinnacle condo ***

11.02 am - he ordered:

1. Breakfast set of hot coffee, toast and eggs MYR 5.90+

2. Nasi lemak fried chicken chop MYR 6.90+

11.05 am - I ordered:

1. Cold white coffee MYR 5.90+

2. President toast MYR 7.90+

Total MYR 29.25 nett 

11.49 am - mon to sun 8 am to 12 noon breakfast menu

11.49 am - vegetarian mutton wrap

11.49 am - tea time Mon to sun 3 pm to 6 pm.

*** Yunnan Blueberries ***

12.41 noon - 125g each. The bigger ones are on promo price MYR 7.5 and the smaller ones cost about MYR 8.5 bought from the supermarket in pinnacle condo.

After eating these blueberries, my meals for this day is completed at about 2 pm.

Blueberries

On Tuesday 30.apr.2024, it was either million ocean or golden chopsticks for brunch. Couldn't find a parking space at million so went to Golden chopsticks.

10 am - 2 chapfan no rice MYR 18 nett. 1 iced cham MYR 3 nett and a plate of roast meat MYR 10 nett.

1.19 pm - ate the remaining blueberries. We will buy blueberries when there is a promo price for them because we like to eat them just like that.

3.20 pm - his early dinner of scrambled eggs.

Big Blueberries

On Thursday 4.jan.2024, he and the elderly grabbed to the hospital for the 9 am neurosurgery appointment which concluded that case is closed, no surgery required since not eating dabigatran anymore, no further appointment is required. Kid 1 met them at the hospital.

*** De Market Taman Desa ***

2.13 pm - 29 big blueberries 125g MYR 12.99 nett. He ate 11 and 1 ate 18 to finish them in one sitting. I prefer the taste of small blueberries. I also bought a jumbo avocado that is darker and feels a bit soft MYR 8.99 nett. Total MYR 22 nett.

*** Tradisi Kopitiam Faber Tower ***

10.37 am - this ABC dessert MYR 10.9++ is tasty and has many ingredients. Luckily it is just a small bowl so I ate it all in less than 10 minutes.

The dessert menu is very colourful.

11.06 am - the above dishes and for the elderly, one pack of takeaway siew yuk char siew rice is a total of MYR 38 nett.

He then bought a plate of chapfan no rice MYR 5 nett.

6.47 am - very early breakfast. I requested for half portion of the small portion of rice with wild boar curry MYR 10 nett.

6.50 am - His very early breakfast MYR 8.40 nett.

*** MRT Kuchai Lama ***

7.38 am -  Bus stop near Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop Taman Desa. Take bus T585 to MRT Kuchai Lama, every 30 minutes at the hour and half past.

Reading before breakfast 8.6 mmol/l. Went up again. Previous day must have eaten too much sweet food.

Elderly requests to reschedule tomorrow's occupational therapy because too tiring to visit clinics and hospitals 3 days in a row so he got it done.

Fruity Food

On Thursday 11.aug.22, went to Golden Chopsticks and 126 Kopitiam to buy chapfan for the Elderlies and ourselves.

Topview. Both of us love to eat this fruit so I would peel off the skin and put the round fruit in a bowl.

Then I would cut it up and both of us will share it equally. Refreshingly sweet and juicy.

We will always buy blueberries when they are available. A pack of 125g blueberries costs about MYR 10 and we would buy one or two packs.

*** Golden Chopsticks coffee shop ***

His chapfan with 3 vege dishes without rice costs MYR 5 and he also bought two packs of 2 veges and 1 meat with rice each for the Elderlies at about MYR 16 which is about MYR 8 per pack on average.

I bought chapfan without rice from 126 Kopitiam because I like to eat their braised eggs. 2 braised eggs for the Elderlies and 2 braised eggs for ourselves with 2 veges: choy tam and celery+cauliflower cost MYR 13 nett.
