- tasty just slight sweet but I wonder is the orange yellow colour fully natural

2. Waxberry aka Chinese bayberry aka yang mei MYR 3.0 nett

- wet preserved yang mei with seed intact, taste a bit similar to wet preserved plum

- I am trying to buy fresh yang mei to try but I couldn't find it

3. Faranti strawberries MYR 7.90 nett

- sweet semi dried strawberries snack, I detect a bit of added strawberry essence so won't be buying this item again

The cashier up sell this dried jujubes purchase with purchase 2 packs for MYR 5 nett when the normal price is MYR 4 ish per pack so I said ok:

9.09 am - in the morning, I ate one slice of wholemeal bread with the remaining two tea eggs bought from OUG on Sunday and the kap chung bought from iluvu pinnacle condo on Friday. Also ate one piece of purple sweet potato that he steamed in the morning so I was full when we went to Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

By right I could have completed my omad after this breakfast but as we are going to pavilion bukit jalil, I didn't so I ended up overeating and completed my meals for the day at 4.30 pm.

Morning 43.90 next morning 44.05 retained 150g water due to eating too much.

Blackforest Sando

On Saturday 22.jun.2024, went to Hou's Kopitiam early because they open at 7 am to drink my favourite iced salted butter coffee and to break my water fasting of almost 24 hours because I stopped eating yesterday at about 9 am before going for my tooth fillings.

10.15 am - my 2nd pack of chocolate sponge cake cherry fruit Sando. Very tasty. Not that sweet so very suitable for me. I like both this Sando and strawberry Sando.

9.41 am - bought two packs.

9.47 am - ate one pack and then decided to eat the next pack as well because too tasty 😋 🤤 

Omad completed at 11 am.

8.29 am - my bowl of mihun horfun chicken shreds fish cake taugeh clear soup MYR 8 nett. If pepper soup then is MYR 9 nett. I ate everything using the right side of my mouth. Quite a lot of noodles. My favourite iced salted butter coffee MYR 5 nett.

His two half boiled eggs which he put inside his curry noodles MYR 3.50 nett.

8.27 am - his hot Hainan coffee MYR 4 nett for a large glass. If hot small cup is MYR 3 nett. His siew yuk curry mihun mee MYR 12.90 nett.

Total price MYR 33.4 nett

1.50 pm - his early dinner of frozen Sui gao. He kept some floury skin for me which I put in the freezer.

Bombe Alaska

On Saturday 31.dec.22, he walked to nearby shops to buy roast chicken, prawn Mee and braised mix items for the Elderlies and himself.

This year I finally bought myself one ice cream cake.

Bombe Alaska ice cream cake MYR 99 nett.

Underneath the whipped cream is durian ice cream and chocolate ice cream.

A ball of chocolate ice cream on top of durian ice cream.

In the middle of the durian ice cream is also chocolate ice cream.

10.46 am - he cooked mushrooms turmeric garlic stirfry after he got home with the braised eggs, braised intestines, braised jutaopei aka head skin, braised tofu MYR 13 and roast chicken MYR 18 from Chi Kong coffee shop.

He also bought prawn mee MYR 9 for the elderly.

On Friday 30.dec.2022, went to meet up with a friend. We meet up once a year.

12.06 noon - we agreed to meet at this pretty cafe - IL Marone by Michelle Young near Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Bright and cheery cafe. My friend was waiting for me at the back section of this cafe.

This is the back section. Cosy and warm.

12.20 noon - my friend ordered:

I ordered:

Matcha strawberry milk MYR 15

A slice of pistachio raspberry cake MYR 20 which I ate half and took half home.

12.21 noon - her scone which she took home because she is full after eating her slice of cake.

12.24 noon - her french toast that I ate one slice. She also took the remaining slices home.

1.45 noon - my view. We spent about two hours catching up with each other. Thanks my friend for the treat. See you next year! 😊

FOC SR Cakes Ended

On Saturday 26.nov.2022, he cooked a dish and bought two dishes from Yan's Kitchen using Foodpanda delivery for the Elderlies' lunch. Dinner is chapfan from Fatty Mixed Rice Sri Petaling for the Elderlies and himself.

Mon 14.nov.2022 2.48 pm - SR moist choc cake. Chocolaty and sweet.

Wed 23.nov.2022 2.28 pm - chocolate cheese cake. Chocolaty with a bit of cheese taste. Not that sweet.

Can choose these cakes for the foc cake. Looking at the cakes now, I feel like eating cakes. 😋

I was still sleeping at 9 am when he finished cooking this turmeric cabbage onion capsicum dish for lunch. Gave a portion to the Elderlies.

He also made these juyaozhar to get the oil. He was impatient so he used high heat until they are too brown. Next time he will use low heat.
