Wed 8.sep.21 2.35 pm - fresh cempedak. I bought them because I haven't eaten fresh cempedak before. It looks almost similar to nangka but the texture is softer and more sticky. Very sweet.
The seeds which can be boiled and eaten.
I also bought these hulk berangan banana. Took about one week to turn ripe yellow.
Mon 13.sep.21 10.20 am - it took one week to ripen.
The whole cempedak weighs 3.97 kg and filled up 3 tubs.
Tue 7.sep.21 3.15 pm - 3 tubs of cempedak from that 3.97 kg fruit. I didn't count how many. I gave one tub to my friend. The cempedak is very sweet. Bought from Harvest Squad on IG.
Thu 9.sep.21 11.21 am - put two cempedak on top of a slice of bread.
11.24 am - after microwaving it for 1 minute. The texture of the cempedak is softer. Same Sweetness.
11.33 am - tasty when eaten with bread but the taste is quite different from pizza cempedak.
